Our experience with Farone was truly a blessing. My family has used Farone for more than 50 years. Recently my mother was very ill and we reached out to Farone even before she died. Joe came to the house and met with us and my mother so she could tell them what she wanted. Then, when my mother died Marie was truly an amazing support before, during and after the funeral. During our grief we did not want to have to think and Marie made sure everything was perfect right down to the last detail. Truly a compassionate and very professional team at Farone. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I just wanted to say you people are a real "class act" for family and friends. My wife and I attended the Conte funeral yesterday and were both impressed on how you managed this service. From the time we arrived and were met by your staff in the parking lot, the coordination of every aspect of the process, until the final service at the cemetery, there was nothing but true professionalism shown by all. We were not only impressed by your facility but especially by the next generation of grandchildren performing their duties and concern for people. Very, very nice job and you should be very proud. "The death of a loved one is always a traumatic experience, whether expected or sudden. In the midst of grieving, it is difficult to focus and somehow stay in control, just at the time when you need to. One simple phone call and the team at Farone and Son lifts that burden for you. They pay attention to every detail, especially the ones you hadn't thought of. My Mom passed away in January and of course my call was to Farone's who was our family's choice from as far back as I can remember. Even though my Mom had pre-planned and pre-paid her funeral, there were still selections to be made and details to tend to. Marie and her brother Joe were there every step of the way. They were professional and their customer service was exceptional. Even though this is their business and they see this everyday, they made me feel like this was the most important funeral they had to do. They are truly compassionate and caring when you need it the most."

The Farone and Son Funeral Home was beyond amazing when they took care of us after the loss of our beloved father Lewis Felber. We had special circumstances as we were in California and our dad wanted to be buried in his home town of Syracuse, New York. All it took was one phone call to Mr. Joe Farone and he took care of EVERYTHING. There was so much we did not know about this painful process. He and Marie guided us through with such loving care. It was not just the large arrangements that they took care of it was the little touches that made such a difficult time a beautiful tribute to our dad and husband. Having to plan a funeral is one of those necessities that no one looks forward to, although it's important for the purpose of providing your deceased loved one a dignified means of allowing yourself as well as others who loved the deceased to pay their last respects and.celebrate the life moments shared during their gifted time on earth. The biggest barriers to planning the funeral include personal grief, mourning, pain, exhaustion, potential differences in familial opinion, and clear lack of knowledge about what needs to be done to name a few;however, all of the staff at Farone's lightened the burden by walking me and my siblings through each step of the way, while extending caring patience, flexibility and availability.
