Deborah Chinn

February 23, 1959 - November 25, 2021

On November 25, 2021, Deborah Chinn know to most as "Debbie", departed this earth after a brief illness. Born on February 23, 1959, to the late Lottie and late Sam Chinn. Debbie moved to Syracuse in 1976 from Philadelphia to be closer to family. Debbie came from a large family, so it was no shock when she had a large family. Debbie was the proud mother of six children, one stepdaughter, and 27 grandchildren. On November 24, 1984, she married the love of her life, William "Earl" Brown Sr. Debbie worked as a Home Health Aid for several years. She loved listening to music and having a good time. She enjoyed watching Law & Order and reading mystery books. Debbie enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Debbie is survived by her husband, Earl; daughters, Danielle, Christina, LaToya, and Jessica; her stepdaughter, TT; and 27 grandchildren. She is also survived by 10 brothers and sisters. And a number of other family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her sons, John John and Lil' Earl; her brother, Darryl; and sister, Dana.
