Isma C. Pusey, 82, of Camillus, NY, formerly of Rochester, NY and Fort Lauderdale, FL, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Saturday, October 3rd. Isma worked as a private duty nurse in the Rochester area for many years. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and was an excellent chef. She is predeceased by her parents; brother, Sonny; and grandson, Robert Parkes. Survivors include daughters, Janet Lynch, Vivienne Cole, and Denise Reid-Strachan; sisters, Cassie, Lynn, Sydell, and Phylma; grandchildren, Ronald, Kary, Ricardo, Kirk, Eden, and Elle; great-grandchildren, Abbigail, Kemill, Javier, and Anwar; several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends. Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 16th, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at FARONE & SON Inc Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street. A funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. Isma will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery. Burial will be private. Contributions may be made to the OCC Foundation at www.sunyocc.edu/give
