Jessie Martin, 37, of Liverpool, was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She passed away on Wednesday surrounded by family. Jessie is survived by her parents, Bob and Carolyn (Clark) Martin; siblings, Jeff and Danielle (Barnum) Martin and Tommy and Annie (Patterson) Martin; and her niece and nephew. Jessie was born in Las Vegas, NV, and lived in Alaska and Illinois before moving to Upstate NY. Jessie graduated from Liverpool High School in 2002. Following high school, Jessie attended both SUNY Potsdam and St Joseph’s School of Nursing. Her nursing career included jobs at Upstate Medical Center, the Syracuse VA, Finger Lakes Residential Center and finally Crouse Medical Practice. Jessie was an avid reader, animal lover, had a vast knowledge of all music genres, loved Texas University sports, the Brooklyn Nets and the occasional political debate. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 7th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at FARONE & SON, Inc. Funeral Home, 4899 W. Taft Rd., Liverpool. A funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
