John H.D. Raynor, 75, of Syracuse, passed away on Sunday, April 17th at Community Hospital. He was born in Boston, MA where he attended trade school for Culinary Arts as a Chef. Although he was a man of may trades, John retired from Malone’s Painting in Cazenovia after over 10 years of service. He was predeceased by his parents, John H.D. and Harriet G. Raynor. Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Melvina (Day) Raynor; daughters, Yolanda and Raynette Raynor; sons, John, Leroy, and Melvin Raynor; sisters, Joan G. Thompson of Milford, NH, Diane Crichlow of Dorchester, MA, and Raynette Raynor of Boston, MA; brothers, Thomas A. Raynor of Randolph, MA, Mark S. Raynor of High Point, NC, Mario V. Raynor of Sharon, MA, and Lawrence W. Raynor of Randolph, MA; 11 grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews who loved him, and many friends.
